September is a month favoured by sports gamers, with a number of top titles set for release. Top of the list is EA Sport’s FIFA 17, which will feature a story mode for the first time in the franchise’s history.
If football, or soccer for our American viewers, isn’t for you, NBA 2K17 will also be hitting our consoles, with updates to the MyGM and MyLeague modes promising the greatest NBA simulation yet.
Not interested in sports? Not to worry. The 15th installment of the Final Fantasy series is set for release after an agonising six year wait. Taking a dark turn from its predecessors, Final Fantasy 15 could reinvigorate the epic RPG series.
Also on the menu, following its announcement at E3 2015, Recore will transport gamers into a post-apocalyptic future, where a lone human battles alongside her robotic dog, Mac, on a distant planet, to piece together the fate of her missing companions.
Better yet, 2K Games will be releasing a remastered version of the BioShock series. Having been rumoured for some time, and it has now been confirmed that BioShock, BioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite will be re-released in full 1080p resolution.
